Common failure causes and treatment methods of asphalt distributor

After a certain period of construction and use, the asphalt distributor will have some faults in the next construction because the operation procedures are not in place or the operation is wrong, or the vehicle is not cleaned and maintained in time after construction. Common fault causes and troubleshooting methods of asphalt distributor are as follows:
Fault I. no asphalt spraying:
Cause analysis: 1. Asphalt pump does not work; 2. The opening and closing position of the valve is incorrect; 3. The pump or pipeline is blocked.
Cause analysis: 1. Asphalt temperature is too low; 2. The oil return valve is not closed; 3. Asphalt pump wear; 4. Proportional valve damaged; 5. Insufficient hydraulic system pressure; 6. The filter is blocked.
Cause analysis: 1. Insufficient spraying pressure; 2. The pipe or nozzle is blocked by impurities; 3. The asphalt temperature is too low.
Troubleshooting: 1. Check and adjust according to the above; 2. Clean impurities.
Fault IV. the air pressure of the cleaning device is too low:
Cause analysis: 1. The air compressor belt is too loose; 2. The valve seat of the air compressor is loose, the valve plate is stuck or damaged; 3. Air leakage in air reservoir or joint.
Troubleshooting: 1. Adjust the belt tension; 2. Adjustment or replacement; 3. Tighten the connector or repair it.
Fault V. asphalt leakage of asphalt pump:
Cause analysis: the packing at the journal is worn.
Troubleshooting: properly screw in the nut or add a small amount of packing.
Fault I. no asphalt spraying:
Cause analysis: 1. Asphalt pump does not work; 2. The opening and closing position of the valve is incorrect; 3. The pump or pipeline is blocked.
Troubleshooting: 1. Check whether the hydraulic system works normally; 2. Adjust the opening and closing position of the valve; 3. Bake or dredge.
Cause analysis: 1. Asphalt temperature is too low; 2. The oil return valve is not closed; 3. Asphalt pump wear; 4. Proportional valve damaged; 5. Insufficient hydraulic system pressure; 6. The filter is blocked.
Troubleshooting: 1. Heat the asphalt to the specified temperature; 2. Close the oil return valve; 3. Replace the asphalt pump; 4. Replace the proportional valve; 5. Check the hydraulic system; 6. Remove the washer.
Cause analysis: 1. Insufficient spraying pressure; 2. The pipe or nozzle is blocked by impurities; 3. The asphalt temperature is too low.
Troubleshooting: 1. Check and adjust according to the above; 2. Clean impurities.
