How to maintain the engine of synchronous chip sealer truck？

During the construction of modern road and bridge projects, asphalt distributor and synchronous chip sealer truck are mainly used to improve the anti-skid performance of high-grade pavement and preventive maintenance of road. The synchronous chip sealer truck has helped us deal with the network crack, poor oil, subsidence and other related diseases of the highway pavement, but the engine of the synchronous chip sealer truck also needs maintenance. How to maintain the engine of the synchronous sealing vehicle?
1. Apply grease of moderate quality
The adopted specifications shall be higher than the manufacturer's requirements.
2. Replace the oil and filter element regularly
All quality grades of grease change in the whole process of application. After a certain mileage, the characteristics change badly, which will cause many problems to the engine. In order to prevent the occurrence of common faults, the oil should be changed regularly according to the application standards, and the remaining oil should be moderate (generally limited by the automobile oil dipstick).
3. Maintain good natural ventilation of crankcase
Nowadays, most gasoline engines are equipped with PCV valve (mandatory natural ventilation of crankcase) to promote engine ventilation, but the air pollutants in blowby & ldquo; It will accumulate around the PCV valve and will block the valve. If the PCV valve is blocked, the environmental pollution vapor flows into the gas filter in reverse, and the environmental pollution filter element reduces the filtering capacity, and the inhaled air-fuel ratio is too dirty, which leads to the environmental pollution of the crankcase, resulting in the expansion of natural material consumption, the increase of engine damage, and even the destruction of the engine. Therefore, the PCV must be maintained regularly to eliminate the air pollutants around the PCV valve.
4. Clean the crankcase regularly
During the whole operation process of the engine, the metal oxides of high pressure unlighted steam body, acid, moisture, sulfur and nitrogen in the cylinder enter the crankcase through the gap between the engine piston and the cylinder wall, and mix with the metal powder caused by part damage to produce oil scale. 5. Clean the fuel system software regularly
During the whole process of ignition of the fuel supplied to the cylinder according to the fuel pipe, it is difficult to avoid the generation of collagen fibers and carbon deposits, which will accumulate in the oil passage, oil pan, nozzle and cylinder, affect the fuel fluidity, destroy all normal air-fuel ratio, make the fuel atomization poor, and lead to the characteristic problems such as engine chattering, explosion, unstable idle speed and poor acceleration.
6. Regular maintenance of water tank
Corrosion and fouling of engine water tank are common problems. Rust and dirt will limit the fluidity of refrigerant in the refrigeration system, reduce the heat dissipation effect of heat pipe, cause engine overheating and even cause engine damage. The air oxidation of freezing liquid will also produce acid-base chemicals, which will erode the metal materials and components of the water tank, resulting in damage and water leakage of the water tank.
If the synchronous chip sealer truck can operate normally, the engine must be in good condition. Daily maintenance is an important means to effectively prevent engine failure. We should do a good job in the maintenance of the engine of the synchronous chip sealer truck.
