(1) Dust removal in cold distribution area. Feeding and conveying in the cold distribution area are the main causes of dust in the plant area of asphalt mixing plant. Generally, the cold material area is equipped with an independent dust removal system. The radar automatic induction ventilation system and dust-proof sealing system are used to form a negative pressure in the cold material area to prevent dust dispersion and leakage. Dust adsorption devices are added at the foothold of the cold material bin feeding and cold aggregate transmission through different belts, Efficiently collect the dust generated on the cold bin loader and during belt transportation and transport it to the independent bag filter.
(2) Dust removal in the main building of the mixing plant. A certain amount of dust will also be generated during aggregate screening, metering, mixture mixing, transportation and loading of finished products in the main building. Negative pressure dust collection points should be set in these sensitive floors. The collected dust is purified in series through primary inertial dust removal and secondary bag dust removal. The dust removed offline can be recycled. At the same time, the powder spraying and humidifying device is installed at the powder outlet to reduce the emission of dust during the recovery of dust.
(3) Closed system of the whole station + optimized collection system. The fully closed system of the main mixing building, cold material loading point and loading area of the asphalt mixing plant can be established to control the unorganized emission of dust that is difficult to control. Installing fast shutter doors, sealing the lanes in the loading area and extending the driveway, equipped with spray dust suppression devices or mobile dust suppression vehicles, optimizing the coverage area and negative pressure space of dust collecting covers can effectively prevent the dust caused by continuous operations, especially the smoke and dust dispersion problems in the loading area. The collected dust enters the main bag filter for purification through the negative pressure pipe.
(4) Strengthen plant management. Formulate appropriate and efficient production system, standardize the construction operation process, store the production materials in a closed and dry manner as far as possible, and timely clean up the scattered objects or debris, so as to reduce the unorganized emission of dust caused by weather and man-made external factors under abnormal working conditions. The vehicles in the factory should be as slow and steady as possible and sprinkle water or spray on the road with dust on time to suppress dust generated by vehicles.
