What are the startup inspection process of synchronous chip sealer

Startup inspection process of synchronous chip sealer:
1. Check the engine oil, gear oil and antifreeze for leakage or lack.
2. Check whether there is leakage or lack of steering oil and brake fluid. 3. Check and add butter to the transmission part of the whole vehicle.
4. Check whether the connecting bolts of the main and auxiliary beams of the whole vehicle are loose.
5. Check whether the car battery is in power loss, and the polarity of the main power line must be correct.
6. Check whether there is leakage or lack of hydraulic oil and heat transfer oil.
9. Add heat transfer oil to the mixing bearing.
10. Clean the carbon deposit on the burner and clean the diesel filter and fuel injection nozzle.
11. Check whether the wiring of rear cabinet is loose.
12. After the whole vehicle is started, turn on the main power supply and check whether the heat transfer oil heating system works normally. Check whether the heat transfer oil temperature, asphalt temperature and pipe temperature are displayed normally; Check whether the asphalt pump and the material shifting roller can be opened manually; Check whether the folding and lifting of the spray pipe and the lifting of the inner silo are normal; Check whether the vehicle speed, pump speed, speed of shifting roller and mixing speed are displayed normally.
13. Check whether all parameters can be set normally; Check whether the spray nozzles of spray pipes on both sides can be set normally.
14. Check whether the automatic spraying (spreading) is normal.
15. Clean the asphalt filter screen.
16. Check the small air circuit for air leakage.
